📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of our application portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and manage our application portfolio.
• Utilize portfolio management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence to track and report on application performance.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess the health and viability of our applications.
• Work with vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery and integration of new applications.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization.
• Provide strategic guidance to the application development team to ensure they are building applications that align with our portfolio strategy.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our application portfolio.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application portfolio management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or a related field are a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
