In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing bauxite deposits, developing mining plans, and implementing best practices for extraction. You will use advanced software such as Surpac and Vulcan to model and simulate mining operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct geological surveys and analyses to identify high-quality bauxite deposits.
• Develop and implement mining plans using Surpac and Vulcan software.
• Monitor and optimize extraction processes to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Provide technical support and training to the mining team.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the bauxite mining industry.
• Proficiency in Surpac and Vulcan software.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.
• Certification in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
