📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and participate in HR-related training and development programs.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR strategy and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
