📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage and support desktop systems, including Windows and Linux environments.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or system administration (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
• Proficient in using VMware, Cisco networking devices, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
