📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of mechanics in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality.
  • Managing the workshop schedule and resources efficiently.
  • Conducting regular maintenance checks on vehicles.
  • Training and mentoring junior mechanics.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
