Assist customers with their purchases and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and are in good condition.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using the company's point-of-sale system.,Provide product information and recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work towards resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.,Keep up-to-date with the latest products and promotions, and be able to communicate this information to customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
