📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the branch.,Manage and develop a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
