📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage clinic schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and maintain clinic supplies and equipment.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the IT team to manage electronic health records (EHR).
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role.
- Proven experience with EHR systems like EMR or Practice Fusion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Certification in healthcare management or related field is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
