🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in government reform, public administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing government reform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Certification in government reform or public administration is a plus.
