📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve signature cocktails and mocktails to guests, ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the maintenance and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol and other beverages.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Fluency in English, with basic knowledge of Indonesian.
