📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Oversee driver training and safety programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide support and assistance to the logistics team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
