MERIDIAN Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kudus, Jawa Tengah. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and mentor new staff to ensure they understand company standards and customer service expectations.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
