📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in managing employee data and ensuring accuracy of personnel files.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and correspondence.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and general office tasks.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
