📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
