📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional growth.,Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the quality of our software products.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve issues before they reach the end-users.,Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure that software products meet quality standards.,Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.,Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of DevOps practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
