📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales CRM software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
