📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for order management, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order details are accurate and complete.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for order management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Bali as required.
