📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell our premium fertilizer products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the agricultural sector.
- Provide technical support and advice on fertilizer application and usage to ensure optimal crop yields.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and agricultural events to network and promote our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, certifications, and best practices in agricultural chemistry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fertilizer sales, agricultural sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop cycles, and fertilizer chemistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations in Bali.
