📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our team.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on the company's needs and the candidates' qualifications.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
