📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's brand and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.,Ensure all food preparations meet high standards of quality and hygiene.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff training and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with culinary software and kitchen management tools.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
