CV Dwi Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Kendari. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and adjusting entries.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and provide training as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP (GAK).,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
