In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update accounting records and financial statements.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage bank reconciliations and payroll processing.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Supervise junior bookkeepers and ensure accuracy of financial data.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
