📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and maintain building automation and control systems for commercial and residential projects.,Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of building systems.,Conduct site surveys, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of building automation systems.,Provide technical support and training to building owners, facility managers, and end-users.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in building automation and control systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable building solutions.,Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.,Prepare detailed project reports, technical drawings, and specifications for clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in building automation and control systems engineering.,Proven track record of successful projects in building automation and control systems.,Strong knowledge of building automation protocols, such as BACnet, LON, and Modbus.,Proficiency in CAD software and building information modeling (BIM) tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
