📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
