📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents.,Process payroll for employees and ensure compliance with local regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.,Maintain and update financial databases and systems.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company or international environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards.
