📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
