📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing complex contracts and legal documents
- Providing legal advice to senior management on regulatory matters
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international laws and regulations
- Analyzing legal risks and providing recommendations to mitigate them
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary
- Maintaining and updating the company's legal database
- Conducting legal research and staying updated on legal developments
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on contract drafting and compliance
- Strong understanding of Indonesian and international laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
- Experience with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
