📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of retail and luxury industry operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
